Rental conditions
The renter authorized by Automax Car Rental and listed on the rental contract must have a driver's license and a credit card.
The minimum age for renting is 21 years old and 2 years of license.
The contract is personal and non-transferable and is concluded for a defined period.
The hirer and the authorized drivers are responsible for the proper execution of the contract according to article 1384 of the civil code.

Fuel is at the customer's expense.
Book a car
Vehicle reservations are made in a 24-hour format.
Please check your Departure and Return Times and Dates, if the times are not correct and if necessary, the difference in price will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation.
If we have not received a cancellation by email on the scheduled delivery day and no one takes possession of the reserved vehicle, the total amount of the rental will be charged by V.A.D
Refund
It is possible to get a refund 15 days before your departure date.
To do so, a simple e-mail to the following address: infos@rentautomax.com
However, 10% of the inter-bank transaction fees will be withheld from the amount.
