Rental conditions
Le locataire autorisé par Automax Car rental et inscrit sur le contrat de location doit être titulaire du permis de conduire et d'une carte bancaire.
L' âge minimum pour la location est de 21 ans et 2 ans de permis.
The contract is personal and non-transferable and is concluded for a defined period.
Le locataire et les conducteurs autorisés sont responsables de la bonne exécution du contrat selon l'article 1384 du code civil.
Nos tarifs s'entendent kilométrage illimité et assurance tous risques compris avec franchise de 1300 Euros .

Fuel is at the customer's expense.

Vehicle reservations are made in a 24-hour format.
Please check your Departure and Return Times and Dates, if the times are not correct and if necessary, the difference in price will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation.
If we have not received a cancellation by email on the scheduled delivery day and no one takes possession of the reserved vehicle, the total amount of the rental will be charged by V.A.D
Refund
It is possible to get a refund 15 days before your departure date.
To do so, a simple e-mail to the following address: infos@rentautomax.com
However, 10% of the inter-bank transaction fees will be withheld from the amount.
