Rental conditions<\/p>

Le locataire autoris\u00e9 par Automax Car rental et inscrit sur le contrat de location doit \u00eatre titulaire du permis de conduire et d'une carte bancaire.<\/p>

L' \u00e2ge minimum pour la location est de 21 ans et 2 ans de permis.<\/p>

The contract is personal and non-transferable and is concluded for a defined period.<\/p>

Le locataire et les conducteurs autoris\u00e9s sont responsables de la bonne ex\u00e9cution du contrat selon l'article 1384 du code civil.<\/p>

Nos tarifs s'entendent kilom\u00e9trage illimit\u00e9 et assurance tous risques compris avec franchise de 1300 Euros\u00a0.<\/p>

Fuel is at the customer's expense.<\/p>

Book a car<\/h2>

Vehicle reservations are made in a 24-hour format.<\/p>

Please check your Departure and Return Times and Dates, if the times are not correct and if necessary, the difference in price will be charged.<\/p>

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation.<\/p>

If we have not received a cancellation by email on the scheduled delivery day and no one takes possession of the reserved vehicle, the total amount of the rental will be charged by V.A.D<\/p>

Refund<\/h2>

It is possible to get a refund 15 days before your departure date.<\/p>

To do so, a simple e-mail to the following address: infos@rentautomax.com<\/p>
